Having struggled for some time, Yahoo! appears to not be able to find their niche. This includes the search game - which it does fairly well at but can't match up to Google.
With over 250 million active email users, Yahoo! has a big card to play. Perhaps a potential partnership with Facebook and others to help grow the business on a revenue-share model. Not sure, but a step in the right direction.
